• Closed by kg999 pro: kg999 pro reserves the right to close any account at any time due to a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or security concerns.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee.

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or a transaction, please follow the process below:

1. Submit a written complaint to support@kg999pro.com within 7 days of the incident.
2. Attach any relevant screenshots or supporting information to your complaint.
3. Our dispute resolution team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
4. A final decision will be communicated within 14 business days of the investigation being completed.

The decision of kg999 pro shall be considered final. However, members may appeal to an international gaming arbitration body if they wish.

Kg999 pro reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered mobile number or email in advance.
